**Stay on the water in a picturesque region of southern Quebec, rich in wildlife, flora, and history. Enjoy free SELF-SERVICE access to bicycles (helmets not included) and various paddlecraft (including tandem pedal kayaks with rod holders), as well as site facilities (just a few minutes' walk away) including a saltwater pool (unheated), outdoor fire pit, gas barbecues with side burners, and a clubhouse with bathrooms, a common room, and Wi-Fi. Parking included.A gourmet farm, fishing shop, and outfitter are within walking distance. Local food tours, vineyards, scenic bike paths, forest hiking trails, and the Venise-en-Québec beach are nearby. Dogs welcome.
Enjoy your meals or barbecues and relax surrounded by water and nature while watching the many birds and jumping fish. Take advantage of the numerous free amenities: swim in the saltwater pool overlooking the Richelieu River, paddle, pedal, or fish on the water, cycle the "Sentier du Paysan," hike nearby trails, explore the region’s various historical and gourmet circuits, and gather with other boaters around the fire in the evening. At night, enjoy the breeze and gaze at the starry sky in comfort. Fall asleep and wake up rocked by the waves to the sound of wildlife.
Our 8 charming floating "ready-to-camp" units have electricity and are fully equipped (except for LINENS/TOWELS WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED/MUST BE BROUGHT). They are usually available from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving (TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM) and, starting in 2026, will be located in the canal of the Marina Rose-des-Vents in Lacolle, sheltered from the wind.
LOW SEASON RATES (MONDAY TO THURSDAY, May 18 to June 11 and August 31 to October 8, 2026): $129/night for 2 people + $50 cleaning fee per stay + taxes (extra fees for dogs and 3rd person).
HIGH SEASON RATES: All weekends (FRI-SAT-SUN) and every day from June 12 to August 30, 2026: $169/night for 2 people + $50 cleaning fee per stay + taxes (extra fees for dogs and 3rd person).

PADDLECRAFT AVAILABLE FROM THE START OF THE SEASON UNTIL SEPTEMBER 21 (The usual start date of duck hunting season on the Richelieu River).
